id guess if luma redirectional imput does not work. than no. there would likely not be anything else.

Maybe using hid to vpad on the Wii U and the hid to vpad network client on the PC, a server to recieve inputs on PC and a 3ds Homebrew like edpjoy or 3ds controller plus could work.
