aww man okThere's the one in the 3DS Camera app but it only accepts videos up to ten minutes total. So you'd either have to convert your movie to moflex, or cut it up into 10 minute snippets.

fyi, there was a POC project called "3DSAmnesic". It uses ffmpeg to decode the mp4 file. It lacks a fancy UI, file selection, and it's discontinued and no longer maintained.
