Gaming Is there a way to bypass the Steam CD Product Activation?

I have recently bought a copy of The Orange Box, and when I was looking for the key to put into my account, It wasn't there. No serial, no key, just 2 discs to install The Orange Box.

And when I try to install It on Steam -

Now, It doesn't matter If I have to crack It, or even go to Valve and complain that someone sold the game to me without the key, I just want this installed on Steam, hot, and ready to play.

Since you recently bought it - you should take it up with the retailer you purchased it from. It's likely not a fault of Valve - it's very easy to make something look new-in-box, even shrink-wrap.
