Hello. So I was wondering this because there is nothing bigger than free games and that’s not good because you will not be able to go online when banned, or will there be a solution to this as well?

You cannot pirate games without risking being banned. Using an emuNAND might reduce your risk, but there's still a risk.

Ahh Lucius always there to the rescue. I don’t own a Switch and I will only buy it if it’s risk of getting me banned is as negligible as it was with freeShop. So..?

If anything higher than a 0% ban risk is too high for you, then you won't be hacking your Switch. It is also generally impossible to play pirated games online.
