Is there any way to connect the PSTV's HDMI portion into a graphics card with like a HDMI splitter to connect it to the graphics card and a 2nd monitor? So you can record gameplay on it?

Connect a PSTV... To a graphics card? You know that the HDMI port on graphics cards is only for output, right?
anyway, to record PSTV gameplay, you need an HDMI splitter that removes HDCP, and a capture device.
