Hacking Is this normal in the R4 Skin?

I just noticed that on the top game list screen also known as the “bckgrd_1.bmp”
I have a blue one pixel thick line on the far right side. I never noticed it before.
Is that normal? It even seems to be there with the stock R4 skin.

It's the scrollbar. Firmware before 1.06 Beta all have the solid color selection box as well as the solid color scrollbar. 1.06 Beta changed them both to blue gradient fills.
