Hacking is this some type of brick?

I’m on system menu 4.0u and was wondering if its normal to get a system menu corrupted after backing out of the wii menu game save screen? I went to transfer a game save and it froze when I went to the SD card menu (in save data).I also tried to back out to the wii’s main menu and it freezes there too. My wii loads games and the SD menu for 4.0 works fine this is my only problem.
my wii specs are
4.0u
old version of cioscorp w/60bf

Do you have bannerbomb on the SD Card still? Weird things like that happen if you leave it on the SD.

banner bomb isnt on the card yhought the same thing but why would i get the system corrupted after backing out

maybe its the Cisocorp. Try the latest version or remove it completely.

it could also be a faulty .wad you installed last
