Hacking I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING PLEASE HELP

I can NOT get to GTA5 online anymore. As soon as I try to go to GTA5 online it tells me rocskstar services are currently unavailable. I used to get online and play about 2 years ago with and without the SPRX. I CAN sign into PSN no problem and play all other games online.

Things I've tried:
•In "Debug settings" I have "Boot mode" set to "Release Mode"
•Tried with and without the SPRX mod menu
•Currently just trying to get online without the mod menu so I can figure it out and then apply the mod menu after.
•Made a whole new account.
•restarted ps3 several times.
•Wiping gta 5 from my console and redownloading it.
•Swapped from BLUS to BLES.
•Tried both ether cable and wireless wifi
•Used a Hotspot from my phone so my IP is different.
•added inbound rules for GTA5 and ALL ports that gta & psn use.
•Disabled all firewalls.
•Enabled UPnP
•Tried to do the DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
•Changed the safe zone of GTA5 in-game bc some people said to.

☆Its all the way updated 1.27
☆I'm on DEX
☆Currently on BLES version of GTA
☆I use webman to load up the game

Have you tried a making a debug eboot
Its been a long time since ive been on my ps3 or GTA but I used debug eboots for all games.

And try deleting the game update too because you might have left over mods interfering.

Worst case you could try another CID if you got one just to make sure your not console banned

I'll try that! Literally any help has been appreciated. I've posted on 7 forums and several Facebook pages and NOBODY is able to find the problem. I'm gonna buy a CID next if the debug eboot doesn't work
