sure you can come in, there will be no link to the rom if its gets dumped since its against the forum rules to post links to roms, so if you wanna be banned go right ahead, if you dont wanna be banned and see the flood with your own eyes (theyre gonna disappear because of to much reloading too much anyway =P) then DONT!

I found some new rumour. on gamefaqs www.gamefaqs.com/boards/989552-pokemon-black-version/56371429 it says after defeating isshu you go to a new region maybe.
