how will nintendo track the uploader/dumper/?

If I'm not mistaken, uploads can be traced back by what I.P. uploaded the files. They can then find the I.P. to whoever uploaded it's computer, and viola, you have one caught pirate.

so they'll ask megaupload for the ip?(or wathever site he'll upload it to)

i searched google for "white rar site:megaupload.com" and changed settings to find latest results
one came up sayin "black and white 1.rar" but its 588MB but it each game is 256 then max should be 512 for both right

That koby kid did one amazing job, he deserves a lot of respect, the dump protection was very hard to crack, he did it ALONE before the release groups, who probably wanted to release it first.... forget paying this guy, I should try to search for a method to thank this guy in person for giving release groups even hope for possibility, but he's probably hidden just because Nintendo wants his head badly... "cheat magazines"... ha....
