In the desert is this street and there are two roads under it - the right one leads to the city with the 4th badge and the left to another part of the desert.
In the 2nd area you head north and a little bit west and you will see some sculptures and the stairway

Of course, did that half an hour ago... after completing this, you have to go back to the museum, which is the 2nd arena and then to Route 8 (Route behind the town where you got the 7th badge).

I got 2 Leaf Stones, 2 Fire Stones, a Moon Stone, a Thunder Stone, a Sun Stone and one of those Shiny Stones (dunno the english name^^), but NO ridiculous Water Stone - and that's the only Stone I need atm
