Hardware Just upgraded to N3DSXL, what should I do with the old one?

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

I've already made a DS Download station out of a (Barely working) aqua o3ds, so thats outta the question!

Yeah I got an extra N2DSXL now, as well as a DS lite with broken shoulder buttons. Would love to hear any ideas.
