Whoops thought this was the Atmosphere thread. That is honestly my bad I apologize. However in the Discord Server where all official discussion now takes place (see how this thread is no longer pinned?) has a rule against asking for ETAs because they are annoying and impossible to answer.
Kosmos takes longer than stock Atmosphere. I recommend using stock Atmosphere instead of Kosmos, since Atmosphere usually updates within days of a system version update.
they said they're working on it and to quit asking for ETAs, its ready when its ready

right after i quit waiting and switched to vanilla atmosphere, eh that's fine now i can just get updates as they come
