I've created a few Linux desktop applications so you don't need to open a console and run a bunch of commands every time you want to overclock your Switch or return it to stock settings - instead, you can just click on icons in your launcher. I've also included a replacement desktop app for dolphin that will overclock when you click on it, run dolphin, then return your Switch to stock settings after you close Dolphin.
You will need to rename the file attached to this post from 'overclock_scripts.zip' to 'overclock_scripts.tgz', copy it to your L4T home directory on your switch, extract it with "tar -xvf . overclock_scripts.tgz", and then follow the installation instructions in the README file in the overclock_scripts directory that gets created. I've tried to make the instructions as noob-friendly as possible, but you can post in this thread if you need help getting it running.
