If you can string a sentence together and READ (an understand what you're reading) then Modmii CAN'T go wrong. The system menu will still be there, you can still play your retail games as normal but you will have the added bonus of having a USB loader if you wish. If you want the menu to look the same, simply choose no when Modmii asks you about installing DarkRedWii Theme. This app is tried and tested, probably thousnads of people have used it to mod their Wii

Why don't you just buy DVDs and burn your backups if HDDs are so complicated for you?

They aren't, its just that I'm hearing 1001 different things from people about SD Gecko and other bullshit...

Well I will recommend DVDs, I've been using them for 3+ years and love them, though I will say you would probably be better off getting a 100+ Gigabyte HDD and get WiiFlow.

no...in fact, if you use MultiISOCreator, you can pack several onto a standard 4.7GB disc....

nope, normal ones (12cm) do fine in the Wii
in the GC they simply didnt fit (unless you cut holes in it)
