M3 fucked over some devs pretty hard so got removed from compatibility as a response, some hacked it back into later versions which you might still find. Not sure who or what might have that though.

http://linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ appears to have something that might be it under R4. Dates inside the zip appear to match as well.
https://www.gbarl.it/index.php?showtopic=42830&hl=EZ5_3in1.zip mentions it but whether to a link (their own download section having nothing that I saw) or a nice still active mirror I don't know.
