Hacking Lost data during 3DS tranfer

Hi guys. Last November i Bought a new 2DS pokemon edition and i tranfer all the data from my old 3DS XL.During the process comething goes wrong and i lost all my saves. I have a data back up on the sd, but the new 2Ds doesn't recognze the files. Now i don't care to much of the save game, mosty are finished games. The more important to me is Monster Hunter Gen. There is a way to recover the data and import into the new 2ds? Maybe using homebrew or someting?

Restore a pre-transfer NAND backup on the source console, put the SD card contents back on, and use JKSM to export your saves. Then you can use JKSM on the target console to restore them.
