Hacking [LUMA 3DS] Is Online gaming safe now?

Hey guys!

I installed Luma 3DS on my o2DS this Tuesday and to get sure, I wanted to ask if its possible to play games online safely (even downloaded games; sorry for that asking) without getting banned? Can I use online features, too?

It's always been safe to play 3ds games online. There are only 2 ways to get banned on the 3ds.

1. Cheat online
2. Play a game online before it's official realese date. (which is not a problem anymore now the last ever game is out)

The ban wave was for a load of people who played some Pokemon game online (can't remember which) before it's official realese date.
