ROM Hack Mar - Boukyaku No Clavia for Nintendo DS Translation Project

Hi, I would like to ask everyone if this is possible, but a few days ago I saw a post on one of the sites and I found this old game called "Mar Heaven - Boukiaku No Clavia for the Nintendo DS". can someone at least try to translate the text of this game?

Yeahz I wants people to translate stuff liek (insert name of game here*) cuz its eazy, there's just a button or option inside gamez and you just push it to switch to English..

Here is want I want too!

- God Eater 2 in PSP
- Sakura Wars 1&2 on PSP
- Rhapsody 2 on PS1
- Mana Khemia 2 on PSP
