I guess you are using the ntr method as you said you were using a manager. If you have latest CTGP-7 version you can just install the 1.1 update patch. To uninstall the mod just remove any files on your SD and cias that have "ctgp" on their names

The NTR has been updated to version 3.5, because of this update, the Hack configuration panel, which can be accessed by the game App, is not working.

The selector only has the following versions, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.5. Version 3.4 has been removed.

A question, in the next update, you could add to the game the metallic version gives Princess Peach, which is available in mk8 Deluxe.
