ROM Hack Modify a game for Circle Pad Pro

Hello,

My R button of my classic 3ds is broken and I have the circle pad pro. There is no way to modify a rom for use it with the r button of the CPP on no compatible games? (i have 4.5 3ds with gateway)

Just replace the button, that one is a super easy fix. Just make sure you get the right size screwdriver though.

Thanks, but i can't buy anything on the web, it's why i'm looking for a solution with the CPP.

Basically no chance. Finding a way to buy something on the web would be easier, so do that.

Plus repairing your button would save you from editing each game you want to play; and to be honest I don't think there's a way to do that.

Patching previously unsupported games to use the extra unused buttons the CPP/new3DS has should be a relatively easy process. You could also assign a combination of buttons, turbo, and perhaps even macro functionality too.

It might be possible with the tools we currently have access to, but more likely we'll have to wait until we have a plugin based CFW up and running to do this sort of thing.
