Maybe it was the overclocking that dethroned my fan that makes weird, vibrating noises and doesn't reach the top. Now I have to change it.

@masagrator Do you think that overlocking every setting to the fullest is my best bet before a 60fps patch comes out for the full game? Or is it useless to overlock every setting?
I didn't test it that much. I know only that if you will go with everything max (1785/921/1600), your RAM will be a bottleneck. If you can go above 1600 (to 1862 minimum), your CPU will start to be a bottleneck and CPU 1963.5 is not enough to remove bottleneck from CPU. OC from 1785/921/1600 to 1963.5/921/1863 gives you around 5 FPS more.

It seems it's not possible to get locked 60 without memory OC over 1600 MHz. It will fluctuate between 50 and 60 FPS even at 1963.5 MHz CPU and 1267.2 MHz GPU. There is no difference between those and 1785/921.
I don't get it. To my understanding the clock rates are hardware limited to 1785MHz on the CPU and 768MHz on the GPU. To raise the clock rates higher would require prohibitively expensive specialised equipment. Has something happened in the Switch scene recently which I'm not aware of?

Max GPU is 921 normally. You can recompile Atmosphere to change available clocks for Mariko (1963.5 CPU, 1267 GPU) or change clock tables for any unit (this way if you know what are you doing you can change clocks to anything you want, f.e. get 1862 RAM)

Are there any limits due to heat, power draw and so on?

Have you tried any games with that overclock? Something like Doom Eternal with a 60FPS patch or something of the sort, or is that too unstable, this literally looks like 2x the performance of the Switch if not more
This screenshot belongs to someone else. I was testing 1963.5/1267/2131 and 2131 RAM was unstable (random errors). It needs higher voltage, but for now there is no available config to change that on Mariko. CPU and GPU were stable.

Is this working?
No, and don't expect them to work since the game's exit update came out.

I think I'll put the tricks aside, as it takes all the fun out of the game. I am interested in seeing what mods they will bring, such as 60fps mode and disabling dynamic resolution.

It doesn't use dynamic res according to DF.
540p handheld, 756p dock.

Notice some stripes at the beginning of the shadows, which I had not realized existed. But only in Dock mode.
I tried using ReverseNX, but it doesn't seem to activate with this game (and the DEMO). I wanted to use it so I didn't have to connect it to the Dock at this time of night
