So incase most of you didn't know Moonlighter on PC saves work with the Switch version.
PC Save Locale: c:/users/public/public documents/steam/23860/remote
or for those of you who have the "Codex" version it's the same under the steam folder.
1. Use Checkpoint to back up your current save. (EG: MoonlighterBK1)
2. Copy the gameslot file under remote folder on your PC
3. Create new folder under Checkpoints save folder location for Moonlighter
4. Very important, make sure you copy only the bindings, guibindings and options.ini from MoonlighterBK1 backup
5. In the new folder paste the files you just copied, then finally the gameslot file from your remote folder.
6. Restore save from the new folder using Checkpoint
7. Load game
8. ???
9. Profit.
Edit: If you use Cheat Engine on the PC version to hack the game "safetly" since the game has an internal check if you cheated, so use the debug menu to bypass that. then edit your values to give yourself money, items and so forth. Then transfer your save over to the Switch to enjoy.
