Homebrew MoonShell help.

I'm not sure if this would be the correct forum for this to be but how do I get my soft reset working again? Whenever I press start it just shows a blue screen with some text saying something and something, can anyone help me?

The download link is not valid, I also found another problem along with playing dpg video's is that after the first 5 seconds of the video starting my DS freezes up on me.

What flash card and version of moonshell are you using?
