Hacking n3ds downgraded to 9.2 sysnand 10.5

so ya im thinking of getting a gateway 3ds for the ease of cheats cuz i don't know how to make .plgs.What i want to know is this card able to be used with the setup i have now? or would i need to format the sysnand and all + have another o3ds to load gateway?


the topic i made wrong my sysnand was downgraded to 9.2 my emunand was upgraded to 10.5

there's only one way to downgrade a 10.5 sysnand to an exploitable version atm.
