Homebrew N3DS XL Topscreen Black after Nandmod

I decided to finally hardmod my N3DS XL, but after that, the TopScreen is now completely dark. It only flashes white for one moment (synchron with the bottomscreen) at startup. Everything else works as usuall. Can someone give me tipps what O can do now ?

Check the ribbons from mainboard if they're well connected and not damaged.

Give proper attention with this ribbon, maybe you put it upside down:

Ok. I tried that, now the 3DS don´t turn on animore. only a poping noise is heard. But that could also be because of some other mistakes. I will check that tomorrow.
