been fiddling with snes9xgx, cant get any builds to read from my usb harddrive, loading from either a forwarder or from the homebrew channel.

got this modified build running fine from an sd card though (16gb sdhc), but dont want to have to use a card that big in my wii. ahh well, fingers crossed for better compatibility in the future.

not abandoned. what else is there left to do? it works. anybody with a bit of know how can create a patch and apply it to any version of this emulator with little effort. i have even included the layout for the GBA and NES covers and they are just commented out of the code. what else do you expect?

Can anyone with more know how that me compile versions for the NES and GBA then? I've been waiting for them to appear - I didn't realize they were there the whole time! Is there anyway to make the cover view a default in the emulator?

because you dont have enough games. it needs enough games to fill 3 rows and a unseen column. otherwise it shows 2 rows. pirate more.

it is easy to make it default to the grid. check menu.cpp.

try this ...

http://www.psikostudios.com/downz/wii/snes9xGX_Cover_c.zip

Changes -
* Updated SNES9X GX base to version 4.1.4
* Added option to enable to disable Cover View from settings
* Changed folder from Images to Covers
* Added option to change the location of the cover images
* Fixed a small delay problem when exiting rom in List mode

Note: There will be a small delay whenever exiting a rom in Cover mode. This is normal for now and is not a bug. Any comments for suggestions, please let me know.

I like it.
Would it be possible for someone to resize all of the SNES covers and upload that into one zip file?

Or could someone point me to a batch resizing program? Thanks.

I am planning on releasing updates for VGA GX and FCE Ultra GX incorporating the updates that I did for the SNES9x GX emulator, but I have a few things I want to finish with the SNES9x GX emulator first.

Has anyone run across any bugs or problems?
