Ok on rei nx 6.2 right now with all the bells and whistles and wanting to go to sx os for emunand so I can go online with sysnand so I also have 5 burnt fuses so would that ban my system if I switched to sx os and what's the best way of updating to sx os and 7.01 thanks

No, it's not necessary, you just push the payload with a rcm loader, pc or android phone

update sysnand to 7.0.1 with choidujourNX using ReiNX, then:

as for the firmware itself, just put boot.dat into your microsdcard and push the payload

Your sysnand wont be clean if you have already ran cfw on it though. Just FYI. Ban is likely if you dont first restore a clean untouched nand.

There haven't been any reported bans in the past few months (at least that I remember) so that means nothing. Nintendo seem to be taking a break from bans.
But we know people have gotten banned for wiping logs before.
