I just want to fill black around the letters of "Virtua Fighter" but like paint.net only lets you choose a square or circle area to color in AFAIK, and that won't work. This is a custom spine I made because the ones available on xboxunity.net weren't to my liking. Yes I'm probably too picky about this kinda stuff but oh well.
