has the source been released for the last beta? i saw a changelog for r96 beta 9.6 which looked real nice but not seeing any of those changes in the google code archive or the sourceforge svn. looks like its been over 7 years since the last work was done on this project and 9 years since last public commit? maybe i don't have the right location for the source repo. if anyone does and could share that would be great.

that is the current code im working off of atm. i just ran across a changelog in one of the r96 beta's and it looks like development continued in private for another couple years after that commit for a r97 release that didnt happen... that appears to be 7 years ago so probably dead now. was hoping it was out there as it looked like a bunch of fixes had already been done.

I spoke to @OverjoY via PM here at gbatemp maybe a year ago. I don't think he logs in often but I think he might still pop in from time to time. I'm not sure if tagging him is enough to get his eyes on this but I can PM him as well if u want, I might also have his email somewhere. Let me know.
I think I have the updated files, got them from a tester, just can't share them. Not entirely sure if they're the right files or not. That's where I got the red font, which I haven't seen anywhere.
its likely the files you are talking about are probably the compiled code, im hoping to get a hold of the updated source if it exists so all the work that was previously done doesn't get lost. currently testing some changes to di and the smenu that gets around the size limitations of the diconfig.bin. ill post patches for whatever latest version of code i can find.

If I can request another small change, currently newer versions of neek2o will bypass priiloader if detected on emunand. If we can disable this bypass so Emupriiloader can potentially be used that may come in handy

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
