Sounds like an error with your computer, not the mod. Don't post this in the homebrew development section next time, btw

Your sd card/micro sd adapter might be locked or unreadable,
also in the rom hacking forums I believe there is a thread where you might be able talk about troubles you might run into
I'll try to find it for you when I get the chance
