Is based on the clock fix for germay version, but work perfectly in the Pokemon Zaffiro.

Little info on a side note: 1092 - Pokemon Saphir (G)(Squirrels) ... so G means German not as you said Dutch!

Yep!
If you want to use rom on flash cards, apply first the patch.
