I just want to see a complete national dex code or all key items code. a proper shinification code that changes the shiny value of the pokemon to match your tsv would be nice too.
help request the proper shiny code with me. I sent them a code request yesterday but now today they updated the codes with a shitty TID modify shiny code. Fuck that, I want a proper shiny code.

Beggers can't be choosers. You're lucky they even give you a Shiny code.
look at this useless suckup. No we're the consumers and we bought their product. We absolutely can instruct them on how we want to use their product and they will obey us if they want our business in the future. Their shiny code is a piece of shit.

Well honestly, I must side with AznPride on this one. They don't have to do anything for us. Just like an author doesn't have to finish a book series (looking at you, Georgr R.R. Martin), or a band doesn't have to write new songs. Datel is providing with a service that they have near full control over, and the only thing us customers can do is recommend things for them to add (like this complete Pokedex code I'd like, since I never made a living dex in Y). They already have our money, and people will continue to buy their product as long as their basic wants/needs are met. Perhaps at the moment, a shiny code that doesn't change TID isn't possible, I mean you have to somehow match your SID and TID, and SID modifying may not be as easy currently. They could say "hey, look at these ungrateful little shits, let's see how they like it if we take all their codes down," and we'd still have no control over it. When you're a business, all that matters is the money. the customers mean nothing. As long as there is continuous demand, and sufficient supply to meet it, the business will remain.

I have a question in regards to OR/AS.

In this game, to be able to start a "New Game" you have to first delete your current save file. If I were to back up my save file, then delete it in-game to create a new one, would I be able to restore my back up of the previous save file onto that cartridge regardless of having fully deleted it and created a new one? I only ask because I know how saves are restricted to their individual cartridges and I don't know if by deleting it or creating a new one it would do something within the code where it would be considered a separate cartridge. Or something of the sort.

You can create basically endless different saves as long as you're using the same cart. So yes, you can back it up, start a new game, and restore at a later point. That's how I has two saves on Y.

That is insanely sweet. Thanks for the quick response and confirmation!

Heavily debating on starting over a new file, but I absolutely despise the whole "You need to delete your current save file to make a new one" thing they've implemented now in their latest Pokémon games. I mean, it's understandable as it can help keep your file safe from kids, for example, when lending it or something, but I still liked the fact I could start anew and test things out before deciding I actually wanted to start over or not.

You either use the shiny code or restart the game 9999999999 times to trigger it.

If you get shiny pokemon through wondertrade it's certainly been powersaved. I can't see why someone would want to give a shiny away for free.
