PS1/2 new ps2 slim model GH-052-02

Hello, I just bought a new ps2 slim and a crystal chip 2.0
I thought v15 was the last model, but I don´t know what model my ps2 is, I found diagrams for cristal chip and they say the latest models are:
PS2 77001 v15a GH-051-02
PS2 77001 v15b GH-051-51

I found my model is
PS2 77001 GH-052-02, the mb is similar to v15a but not the same, now I don´t know how to install the mod chip..

can anyone help me?

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
