You have to replace the one in the sd card directory with the one the website give you, that is the modified one.

oh ok...i am struggling with what is the most recent save because all of the files have the same date and there are these folders which are labeled 1 2 3 4 5 6 7

You need to remember which one you took it from, and where to put it back, 1-5 is for the regular mode, 6-7 is for master mode.
