ROM Hack Question Ni No Kuni: WotWW - Transfer Savegame

Hello,

i started the game on Switch, but i'd like to continue on PC, so is there any way to transfer my savegames? I checked the backup in checkpoint, but the savegames have a very different size (5-6kb on switch, 451kb on PC). Is there any way to convert them?

If not, does anyone have a savegame for PC around Hamelin? Or knows a place where i can get savegames fot it?
