Nintendo 2DS Japanese to English language?

Hi! I am absolutely NOT new to the Nintendo world, but I am new to modding/hacking systems. I absolutely love the challenge but need to he steered in the right direction. I have a blue 2DS and just recently installed homebrew on it. I absolutely love it! I wanted to purchase a Pink japanese 2ds which is exclusive to Japan. Is there a mod to make the language english on the system?? I can’t trust everything my friend Google tells me.

I think it's a ctrnand transfer, but I don't really know what's involved.

You lose eshop access if you region change.

• Copy the .bin to SD card.
• Boot to godmode9.
• Select the .bin.
• Input the correct button sequence.
• Afterward, format system in settings.

If you got a OLD 3ds console. Please make sure to system format your console afterwards if you do region change. or you will break Extended mode games until its done.
