Nintendo 3DS Theme extdata dumps

Hello, I'm interested in reversing engineering the 3DS Theme Shop so I can build a custom server for Pretendo the only thing you need is to find an old SD Card that has a "Nintendo 3DS" folder or a Nintendo 3DS with SD card inside that hasn't touched the 3DS Theme after the March 27th 2023. Now to do this go to gm9 on SYSNAND SD(A:) go to Ok go to extdata/00000000/000002XX
Values of XX are
CC for Japan
CD for USA
CE for Europe

Building a custom server is not only a bad idea, but in other words, this could get you into trouble with Nintendo. The themes are already archived and can be downloaded for free.
