Ok i just got my new 3ds from nintendo i sended my old one
to repair bcuz i got everytime error code 007-2401
i was happy to have it back
but now i hate it
AGAIN
i connect to my internet
and wanna go to my eshop and now i get fucking 007-2923
WTF IS THIS AND DOES SOME ONE KNOW WHAT THIS MEAN!!!

Type the error code into the Nintendo Support website, it will tell you what your problem is and what you can do to have it fixed.

You get a brand new right? Then you just lost your chance for 20 free games, and still can't access the eshop right? Then you can just sue them. Yeah, let's see a court suit for this error

Also maybe it has to do with the fact your trying to access the e-shop on a DS

i life in europe i switches connections even used my phone thettering all not working something is wrong i know EU is busy but that gives a other error code some friend told me so im stuck again

...what? if I get you right you said that your getting a different error code then the one saying the e-shop is down?
well if you have a friend who has a 3ds and is able to access the e-shop, try going to their house and accessing it, when it comes back online.
