So my account along with all of the purchases on said account are gone?
it's not your account that's forbidden, it's your console cert
so no problem if you have a new switch
the ban account is very rare is a 99% is played at a game before its release
a lot of things wrong here when Draxzelex does not respond.

I do not install a nsp for fear of ban using sx os (they say it's safer to use xci only. I only use xci since july and I regularly play online in ofw and I'm not banned yet so it must be true...) but I strongly want to play smash bros and if it is leaked in NSP, I do not think I can resist. So I thought something, tell me if it's ok:
Let's imagine that I install the game in nsp and that I NEVER connect online (even in ofw) to "hide" this nsp to Nintendo. Then, when the xci comes out, I completely remove the game installed in nsp to play the xci version and continue what I did since July. Will my console be "clean" again and it will be like I have never installed a nsp or my console will still keep track of this installation? What do you think ?
sorry if my question is unclear but I did my best -_-
to have a clean console must be made a backup nand before any hack,or modification
but as you say do not ban, and you play online, nothing prevents you to save your nand now, and played only offline in CFW mode stealth, or block dns
if you decide to play online in ofw, restore your nand before
if you install nsp (cfw) your nand will be dirty, although this is not the only way to ban or dirty your nand, ex
homebrew, error log, or even clear log
as you say that xci is cleaner than nsp
there are nsp> xci converter ( therefore no installation. )

just a question, before i backed up my nand on 4.1.0 i actually ran sx os (free version) and hakate, only loaded homebrew loader just for checking if myswitch can be hacked and thats all, so do i qualify for a ban if i go online ? my switch is on same firmware as i have never played a backup on it or used it since.
if you were offline, airplane, stealth, or block dns, you did not have a crash or log error, did not send any information (switch parameter)
not installed from nsp, all offline, then you should be good
not 100% but 90%. sure.
