Hacking Nintendont Controller (help)

So..

I recently installed Nintendont on my Wii and I started off by trying to play Super Mario Sunshine.Everything was ok 'till I started playing the game (with Wii Mote+Nunchunk,official ones).For some reason,it was acting like I was pressing the X button (if you know this game ,it was splashing water at random times).Then I thought of buying a Gamecube controller but here's my question;

1.In my country(Greece) it is quite hard to buy an official controller so I searched for something that would look like the real one.The problem is I found an OEM Gamecube Controler and since it's not official and I've read some articles saying that non-official wii motes/nunchucks don't work,I've been wondering if the same thing will happen on a Gamecube Controler.

2.I was wondering if I shouldn't buy anything and just use my Wii Mote+Nunchuck but the problem with this is that I don't have any clue about what the basic controls are AND I'd like to know if there is any easy way to change the controls

and that's all I ask..

Yes there's a way to change the controls, I am looking for the same thing, I'll let you know when I find a solution. Cheers

You actually need to maintain (2) and press - or (up) then the mapping should work.

Thanks for trying to help,however I've bought a classic Gamecube controller and awesome,case is losed sorry for being late to edit this post
