Nora to Toki no Koubou: Kiri no Mori no Majo NDS translation released.

Darukeru dropped by to announce that Nora and the Time Studio: The Witch of the Misty Forest/Nora to Toki no Koubou: Kiri no Mori no Majo ( ノーラと刻の工房 霧の森の魔女) has been translated and a release made available.
It is a 2011 RPG from Atlus for the DS, and naturally for the timeframe it comes with a twist with it in this case being time manipulation of items (grow seeds, turn them back, turn them into dead plants...) to achieve goals. You would be more than forgiven for thinking Atlus saw the rising popularity of the Atelier series and thought they would take a run at it. 2011 would have been the end of the DS (a month later their first 3ds game dropped) and it would have also competed with Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 so that is presumably why it never appeared outside Japan before now. Within Japan it seems to have some quite respectable reviews and still commands a fairly high price on the second hand market, and word from those playing this is generally quite positive.
Art in this case comes from Yuji Himukai ( 日向悠二 ) mobygames (incomplete), personal website , for which those around here will likely be more familiar with either the earlier Demi Kids titles (a spinoff of Shin Megami Tensei) or more likely Etrian Odyssey. Michiko Naruke (なるけ みちこ), the Wild Arms series probably being the most noted of her original compositions, was tasked with compositions for this one. You can have a listen on this channel if you want.

I hate ordering stuff online if I can go buy it somewhere close to me, and everywhere anymore will give you a discount only if you order it online, bs. Should be a discount if I go pick it up, not order online.
