Then it may be possible it was never recompiled for 9.x.x. You could grab the spice and try and compile it with libnx. There is not really anything in nro2nsp that does anything with controls.

You don’t need to, it should work fine.

SO I figured out that the sig patches for Hekate on 10.0.2+ weren't working for homebrew apps, so I've started just booting with fusee primary (with those patches) and everything works fine.

When i launch the nsp of my retroarch rom i get this error:
"rom file missing from the declared path, fix path and try again"
but my rom is still there so i don't know. Can anyone help?

keys.dat worked for me, but keys.txt should work too. (remember to put it in the "resources folder")

you need signature patches to launch custom nsps, make sure you have them and they are updated
