you left out instructions on how to actually get NTR Cheat tool to recognize the .json file. i did everything you said in the post but you left out key details on how the cheat tool is supposed to recognize a .json file.

edit: Nevermind. I figured out where the Gateshark code addresses you found in the .json are and what values should be associated with them. After renaming the file to .txt I will have to reorganize it. After rearranging it and reformatting the list of addresses with appropriate values into a list of gateshark codes then I can put this into NTR Plugin manager and make a plugin out of this with credits to @uhs for the found cheat addresses and @Nanquitas for the NTR Plugin manager for conversion of course.
