Sigh, quick reading made me think answers were suggesting plugins work directly with Rosalina, as in without needing to boot up NTR CFW.

I bet they could do that, but it would still retain the issue of after you boot one game with an NTR plugin and then launch another of just hanging at the 3DS load screen. Until that issue is resolved (if it ever truly can be), I can understand why they may not implement NTR plugins into Rosalina, as that would lead to a lot of hard resetting.

Mode-3 is iffy but they are supposedly working on a fix for it(I've been getting a lot of arm11 dumps when launching games)
Weird. I didn't have any problems. The only problem i've encoutered so far is if you use Mode-3, open a game, go to home menu and select friends list/miiverse/notifications/etc your console crash.

every time I boot mode three and attempt to launch a game like MHGen it ends up resulting in a stack dump

Ive been having issues with Ntr plugins on luma 8.0 update 11.5 not sure what is going on i am new to the whole cfw thing.

I can load the NTR cfw fine and all i load game and i get the flash of green screen on top like normal. I enter button code to get to code screen i turn on the codes but they have no effect when they did work on 11.4. I am assuming its something to do with updating to 11.5 correct? If so is there anyways to get the plugins to work again on 11.5 with luma 8.0?

Hello guys, I have exactly the same, identical problem. I'm on N3DS 11.5 with all of the latest versions of Luma, NTR and so on... but cheats don't work at all in any game. Any suggestions?

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

    but that's a long shot

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm

i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space

Nor clothes 🤮 . Saves on time, soap, water and money having to wash them. :D
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@rqkaiju2, Physical media is a great source for archiving your data, none of that cloud storage shiz.
