Taking into account that anyone from Nintendo can (and eventually will or already did) read about that stuff going on in here, they would be damn stupid to patch anything in the near future. And since there is no necessity for updates otherwise, they could play this game until the end of the Wii Us life cycle... so, yeah. Prepare for a lot more of waiting.

Besides, do you have an exploit to release up your sleeve so you can be sure, that it WILL be released after such a patch? Or is what you said just wishful thinking?

Don't too hype the April 6 maintenance guys because in April 1 was a maintenace too with the same words and no system update released. Yes of course the "etc." words may cover the system update but i guess not.

I guess that can't count as piracy if your using it for demo purposes. Same with people who bought games and then downloading the same game but a different region for more features. I don't classify those methods as piracy.

And don't forget that this actually help the Wii U lens , although I haven't read anything about disc lecture problems or anything related , it was a very common problem back in Wii days , games like Super Smash Bros Brawl , Xenoblade or Last Story were to big that they used a double size disc (don't know the correct term.) And this hurted a lot the Wii lens to the point that it can't read games , in fact those problems were the cause for me to actually search for solutions and finally ended up founding Homebrew and USB loaders.
