Hacking Official Zelda OOT from Saudi Arabia for GW?

For a US N3DS, will a Saudi Arabia OOT cart work for booting up gateway?

There is a seller on ebay that's selling it a bit cheaper than the others

saudi arabia uses ntsc games i am sure of it

Thanks guys... I looked at the images and couldn't determine the region.. then noticed the next cheapest one was 5 cent's more and was the Canadian version. Went with that one instead to be safe.
