you cant , and you dont even have us eshop access atm either
you struck lucky with mario kart i think its the only game that needs a update to play online that was released with a revised copy with the update included

what 1.1. version are you talking about? An entire rom? Where can i get the 1.1 header to inject into my roms header? Or do I export my roms header and hex edit it then import that eidt header into my rom?

there is a version of mario kart with the eshop patch built in.....take the header out of your verion and insert it into that version........just read the thread its quite simple, but not worth going over for the 100th time

Also, for monster hunter 4, if I need to update the software version to play online. how can I do this via US eshop when its a japanese game?

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to get patches from eshops of different regions.

The Mario Kart 7 release by BigBlueBox is the Version 1.1 release.

It seems downloading patches for games will no longer work as the new 3ds update does not work right on EmuNAND. eShop and System Settings are broken.
