ROM Hack Omega Ruby doesn't have all of the files necessary for rebuilding as .3ds? (PK3DS)

I'm trying to randomize Omega Ruby, but whenever I attempt to rebuild as .3ds, it complains about missing files. No clue what files are missing. I have tried TWICE. First with braindump. Second using Godmode9. Used hackingtoolkit9ds to dump them from .cxi. Can't think of any other solutions.

Most likely running out of memory. Close all your other programs and such. If that doesn't work use a different program like Asia81's HackingToolKit. It has everything you need.
