I think a Chinese version / patch would be easier than a Japanese one would. At least in my view, living in an Asian oriented town mostly being Chinese / Vietnamese / Korean and very little Japanese. I'll take a looksie and see if my friend could give it a go and try to translate it for me. Thanks for the info on the Chinese one.
